Unigine's Superposition benchmark has been released

Well that's not fair, I'm practically blind! Something like that I wouldn't notice:p

As soon as I saw Tesla it drew my attention :)

Tesla and Einstein to an Aspie = gods. Edison is probably on there too, though he tends to look very different in a lot of his pics so I have a harder time recognising him :)

This thing doesn't support multiple GPUs. Le fuq?

Or vulkan. Or Dx12. Yeah pretty weird. They built a new engine(or upgraded more likely) but they couldn't include the latest API(s)? Really odd choice. It's not like they didn't have time either, Valley was there last release and that was what? 2013 I think?

My guess is that multi-gpu awareness will come later, not sure about Vulkan though. That's not exactly a popular API outside of Doom or Star Citizen. The other thing that made me LOL about this is the "pro" version price tag: $995. WTF?!?!?

I would guess that will happen as well.
I know vulkan probably won't get in over DX12, but my point is that not either new API when they had I am fairly certain 4 years since Valley released to get it in the engine, seems really dumb to me. Not saying anything about them, but they have their reasons. Maybe charge for that in the future? I could see that, as long as it is reasonable price wise I would get it. Can't get worse than 3Dmark's pricing strategy.

Who buys benchmark software though? That blows my mind. Are people really willing to shell out $$$ for measuring e-peen? That's almost sad. Back on topic though, this thing totally hammers the ever loving' crap out of my poor 980!

Well they have to make money somehow... otherwise no benchmark software to begin with.

This benchmark tool is meh... It seems you can only run it for a couple of minutes and it will just stop showing you some results. I didn't see an option to loop it, perhaps I missed it. But this isn't great to stress your GPU if you want to see your max temps. Think I'll just stick with Valley still.

Try going into the game option and then select cinematic option.

In Extreme HD what are your scores?? In one rig with a i5 4670k + fury x then i get a score of:

3487

I guess with a i7 the results would be a bit better or??

Fury X is in a itx case on water.

Aye it's pretty good.

Here's mine from last night, which I might add are a right old mixed bag.

I don't think an i7 would make any difference, this bench is all about GPU grunt.
