Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection's PC system requirements leak

Holy 16GB of RAM recommended!? Has the time finally come?

I've been seeing that more and more now. It's been a recommended spec for quite a few games in 2022. I know very few people even building budget systems using less than 16GB of RAM. DDR4 is reasonably priced so most people justify it, and sensibly so.

They say 16GB but lots of games have recently and real world use even at max settings is usually around 10GB.

But the specifications are not likely to list 12GB of RAM needed when very few gamers have 12GB of RAM. They either have 8 or 16GB.

Oh I completely agree but most people when they see "Requires 16GB" automatically think the game actually needs 16GB to run.

^ This right here... In all honesty, even I think that sometimes due to not being as tech savy for PCs I used to be, I've sort of started to fall behind on everything and hence sometimes get that confusion.

Be happy you are falling behind. Seeing the prices is heartbreaking for new tech and minor upgrades.
