Would be pretty sweet to have that but for the cost of that thing you could build an SR2 rig with dual 6-core Xeons and get nearly the same ppd, for much less heat output and using a fraction of the electricity.

After a second look it seems the RenderStream also has dual Xeons, though I assume overclocking is not possible. So to me what it comes down to is:

RenderStream:

8 GTX 580s

12 cores @ 2.67ghz

vs

SR-2:

4 GTX580s

12 cores @ 3.8ghz+

TBH it's probably a wash in terms of ppd. The extra mhz on the SR-2 should make up for the 4 less 580s. SR-2 still seems to be a cheaper option though..
