The game has undergone 6 different changes in the type of game it will be and is reportedly in development hell and over budget...

Idk what it will be but i could put money on it that it's better than that Sea of thieves game or it's on par and if par then that is bad concidering how much time it's taken.

It's probably a game as a service so expect Ubisoft to make it a pirate rainbow six style game but obviously pirates and etc
