4k high with a 1080? Not that bad. About where you'd expect it to be.
Wonder how my 1080 will do at 1440p.. I'd like it to be at least high and 60fps. That's probably it's limit based off the 4k recommendation

The targeted FPS of 30 is an insult to the PC user. Other than that, not bad. I'll get this eventually love the franchise and have done since day one.
I bet they hope that players only see the specs, think "okay I can run it" and overlook the fps target :mellow:

Much easier to recommend a 30fps target than a 60fps target.
