Well Guillemot was the first to say that consoles have no future and then next gen (after PS5) will be nothing but streaming. (dont jump down my throat. Those were his words not mine)

I can understand Ubisofts 100% backing of this service.

I believe they also supported a test streaming service with the Nintendo Switch? And were the first to demo a game on Stadia? Seems like they're pretty confident in where they think the market (at least for their main demographics) is going.

Personally the day gaming go's full streaming will be the day I don't partake, nothing wrong with streaming as an optional service but I don't want it to take over and replace personally.

I don't think anyone is expecting or wanting anything to fully take over anything, just like PC and consoles have existing in harmony, offering similar experiences in different packages(Both financial and setup wise), I'm sure streaming can exist alongside them both offering its alternative benefits too.
