Two XFX RX 500 series GPUs have been pictured

I liked that GPU too but whoever said it was right, they had absolutely no VRM cooling so overclocking was severely limited.

Nah I'm 90% sure it was one of the only ones​that cooled the vrm. At that time it was the Asus first cooler that didn't do VRMs, which has continued to this day. I don't think MSI did either at that time either
 
Why oh why did XFX change their cooler design their last series was the nicest looking GPU on the market IMHO or am I thinking of another brand here? You remember the one with that lovely smooth shroud with soft curves?

That was the 290x. IMO it was the pinnacle of GPU designs, a complete pity that XFX has gone the route of pandering to edgy 12 year olds since then.
