Doesn't mean it'll be out though. They could release it but no products will be out for quite some time after and in limited releases due to yields

I see. That makes a lot more sense than the scenario I had in my head

It could turn it like the 2#nm did for GPU's. They created it, but was not cost efficient and yields were to small for cost effective use.
