Transferring Files and Relocating OS files (not exactly)

Hey, as some of you might know I've had quite a few problems recently but since this fresh install everything has been going very well and I think everything is now fine

However I do have a couple of query's, Some files (like my Logitech keyboard application) have saved themselves onto my SSD drive as they gave me no choice as in where to install them (grrr). Now obviously I don't wont to waste any space on my SSD so how can I transfer these files to my storage drive with all the links to their shortcuts ect still being ok ?

Now my second query is that I want to change where my OS files are. Now by OS Files I am simply referring to stuff like - my pictures, my documents, recylcling bin, my libraries and my own personal folder which are all stored on my C drive (The SSD One), this is why the title says "not exactly" after OS files. So getting on to what I actually want to do - I would like to change all these files to save onto my E Drive (storage drive) instead of being on my C drive (SSD) now I know how to do the recycling bin and I found with some of the files you can move there save location through their properties (Like the libraries), but then with others I can't find a way to do it. So does anyone know of a way to change these files save location ?

As always all advice is welcome, thanks

Try this thread, guy wanted to do a similar thing and got a very detailed result, for it to work with currently existing programs make an exact copy where your new program files will be and then alter the registry.

Thanks for the link, it's in quite a bit of detail and rather confusing but I'm sure I might be able to make sense of it all eventually
