Friend of mine on a 290X keeps getting CTD every 10-20 minutes too, Really odd as it only happens with TD.

Aye I've been off it for a couple months now, came back to check 1.4 stuff. seems okay but still plagued with performance issues. None of which were there at launch.

I'd love to know who is in charge of their branches and merges as there's been no-end of things like this happen since release.

I couldnt get back into it with the large scale hacking going on in pvp. Not to mention all the glitches and bugs that made the raids easy.

Whoever is in charge needs to be fired.

It's the bugs like -

-Changing resolution causing a crash
-Changing from fullscreen to windowed fullscreen causing a crash
-Black screen on startup
-Random crashes

This should not be happening with a triple "A" game.

Oh and for anyone that is interested I did a DX11 vs DX12 side by side bench vid, Should take a few mins to get full quality -

I had the same problem, go to the Uplay launcher and go to properties and verify the game files, Worked after for me

After you enable it.

I started playing again yesterday doing all the daily missions with group ups, Still need to buy the season pass though for the expansions so i can start to get gear over item level 200

It's a good looking game for sure! I've been playing since March, on and off, and now the game is in a much better place than ever before. Do daily open world boss runs for quick loot and funds even better, get a tier 4 guy to invite you over, so that back and enjoy the ride I can do that if you want to, will do 1 run tonight in 1.4.

I really enjoy this game but the performance is bad.

If I run it at 4K I get 30fps dropping to 10fps, run it at 1080p Ultra I can get around 100fps in DX11 and around 80fps in DX12.

I tried the survival DLC and it's fun but there is a lot of opening boxes etc just trying to survive never mind dealing with other players.

I'll add you in a few mins! Am about to do a 1.4 run in like 15-20 mins, and might do another tonight. PTS is a horrendous collection of bugs making it unplayable so I won't be doing that unfortunately.
