their hyper ssds would be brutal fast with huge caps when they tighten the architecture from 40 nm to 20

Hopefully it'll lower the price of the 840s EVOs.
I was planning to RAID a couple of 512gbs when they get replaced by the 850.

I cant wait to see this technology put into the M.2 x4 and SATA-Express, and future technologies. We've been limited by 6GB/s for a while now, i'm ready to see some blazing fast speeds from a single, low-cost drive drive.

I've been running a 128 GB SSD as my primary drive for 3 years. It would be good to change to a higher capacity drive that costs half as much as I paid for my first SSD (128GB @ £145, which seems quite shocking considering the prices they are selling at now).
