You can play it for free until the end time. You need to pay for it afterwards.

I'd still like an explanation about why I'm expected to have to purchase this for a 2nd time, in order to play it through Steam...Is it really expecting too much for any EA game you've purchased on Origin to be unlocked in Steam,ffs.


EDIT:


..and by 'play it through Steam' I don't simply mean adding my Origin install of the game to my Steam game list, That is not the same thing at all, as running it natively through a Steam installation of the game.
