Well after alot of wierd thoughts in the last few days I've managed to get to some rather wierd questions. I seem to be the only one I know with thoughts like mine. And most people who know me would probably use words like eccentric, kook, nuts or the like to discribe me. One of my friends, an AP psychology student, described it mostly as "rational thoughts about my irrationality". If these thoughts are rational then what does that make all of you?

So here's the thing, saturday night, home, like most weeks (:( ) and I was mostly thinking: When did I "start" being "me" (Aka, born this way or society?) And I'd say at this point I think societys the biggest killer in this world.

I dunno, It's good being me, I geuss, but I also think that I'm not the irrational/insane person.

Dunno wondering for comments, anyone else think sorta like this?

It's off topic, it doesnt need a point/.

I think everyone has strange thoughts, but I guess some people dont feel ashamed or feel the need to express them.

Not asking anything, but if you'd like a question in every thread,

Anyone else think like me?

We don't know what you think like because you haven't given any examples as to how you think.

There are more than six billion people in the world, I'm sure someone out there thinks like you :).

Also, why did you post this in show it off instead of off topic?

Fine if I can't rant then...

Does anyone else find that almost everyone finds them eccentric and a kook?

Go ahead and rant on a computer enthusiast forum, no one's stopping you. Basically what you're saying is that people consider you odd, but you just think that you're misunderstood, right?

No I seem to find it more and more odd why they have the perception that I'm odd. I think most people are quite brainwashed by society in things of "normal" that most are hipocritical shells of others whom are the same of others.

EDIT: Oh crap I realized I put this in show it off, sorry if thats why your acting a bit angered I geuss ?

Brainwashed by society? Don't these people make up society? Society sets the standards. No one is really normal, everyone's definition of normal is different.

You don't understand why people think you're weird. Hmm, sound a lot like life to me.

Oh I'm not argueing really against you, and yes brainwashed by society. Thats what we call ethnocentric I beleive is the world, you only think society sets the standards because you live in a society.

I personally dont like the current standards.

Well, I'm pretty sure you live in it too, and yes society does set the standards. Just because they're standards doesn't mean they're right.

guys, this is the most pathetic argument i have ever heard. id like to think that your debate about standards in society had raised a decent point at least once, but it has not. you are both just blabbering and the argument has no end, because neither of you know what you are arguing about!

thread closed before this gets nasty
