Thermaltake release the Volcano 4008, as the all in one cooling system

Thats becasue your in the UK. Over here, we have identity theft all the time from using credit cards. Yea we have alot that gets your money back and all, but its a pain and looks bad on your credit. Everybody has their own opinions on buying online though. I do on occation when i see a good deal on Newegg. Temps on my 4800+ never go over 45 load with the Silent Tower with the stock fan on it. Thats pretty good to me. Same with my 3800+ OCed, and with that thing i wanted all the performance i could get so i OCed like mad. 45 load, Thermaltake product. Didnt seem so bad to me. And i personaly thought the BT was junk. So big yet it didnt do much more than my Tower112. My friends Thermalright is really awesome, but looks like a big chunk of copper thrown onto his CPU.

PP Mcguire, download core temp and run Orthos please.

Cortemp can be found here, and orthos here.

If you have problems extracting orthos, get WinRAR too. (Which you should have already :p)

When you go eat dinner, please let orthos run for ~30 minutes on small-fft mode, and when 30 minutes is up take a screenshot (orthos still running) with core temp in view.

I'll be waiting. Oh, and I'll be doing the same too.

I run a 3800+ X2 @ 2.7GHz, 1.55v for 24/7.

Heh, I run a thermaltake volcano 12 on me Socket A pwnage :) It's not too bad.

Um no? This CPU was given to me and you saw the other thread. Only other decent processor i have is the X2 3800+ (like your, IHS still on) and its already at another house. I carry on to much with this one, i got nothing. Besides, why exactly would i lie about stock temps?

@Mike, exactly. I have the Volcano11 on my dads and his is running 2.3ghz (PC3200 ram 1:1). Temps get a little high, but its a Barton. Thats here and OCed, and i can prove that.

Like i said before in the beginning, TT isnt Danger Den. Your not going to get the same performance from a TT pre built thats 99.95 that you will get from something of quality like that. Bigwater 735 is for LAN party goers who just want watercooling. If you would have read before, i already said that. And im not using a liquid cooling system on my 4800+ either, its a stock Silent Tower. So this little competition would have been pointless and im not risking my rig for something like this.
