The Witcher 3 Xbox One framerate to be locked at 30fps

The Xbox One version of The Witcher 3 will see a framerate lock in an upcoming patch to fix performance issues.

Is this news? I don't think any triple A title runs at 60 FPS on the consoles do they? :|

PS4 yes. Upscaled from 900p on Xbone, like most Xbone games are.
