Looks like the just disabled a lot of post processing and nerfed the tone mapper - looks terrible IMO.

Um.. It looks more like AA/postprocessing is disabled and then graphics are turned up to Ultra in the video.. I can't tell if it's moded or not. Literally no difference from what I play and what the vid shows.

He also doesn't mention which is the mod and original in the video.. so it's nearly pointless tbh. I used the E3FX mod and I don't think it looks better, just changes the overall color of lightning to make it less orangy(which I kinda liked tbh). I haven't found any Lightning mod that really improved the graphics.

Agreed, the E3FX just makes it horribly washed out and flat, many of these so called mods can be achieved yourself by looking at the Witcher.wiki site all the settings are there and they give you a guide to setting up too
