Thats a damn good video, certainly helps me making sense of whats actually going on, thanks. If anything that spurns off from that that makes me go hmm is how star citizen that is close with amd has litterly stated they are not touching dx at all, its going full vulcan.

that is super interesting, and the vid he links to at near the end with the Tomb Raider testing with CF480s, was super interesting also. more from a combined standpoint of the Nvidia with Ryzen but still a decent watch.

Yeah it is a good video but to summarise:
DX11 is driver dependent and Nvidia have invested lots of time/money into good drivers.
DX12 means drivers have less impact, therefore the difference is much higher with AMD GPUs where the improvement has been made by the game devs not the IHVs.

And for people like me (who own Fury X) it's bloody awesome when it is done properly.
