As summer approaches I'm sure everyone will be going away somewhere, even if it is just a day!

I thought this would be a good idea for members to share their holiday plans/excitement and to let everyone see what you got up to by updating the thread with some pictures/stories etc. Get a bit of banter going

I guess I should go first then! I have 3 definite holidays booked and a couple more on the cards money/time allowing.

Cyprus - End of May, one week.

Me and a few friends (girls and boys) will be heading out as my good man Alex is part Cypriot we get free accommodation The plan is look around, relax and nip over to Aya Napa to rave it up a bit.

Benicassim Festival, Spain - Mid July, 9 days.

20 of us have tickets to Glastonbery on a beach in the sun Hot chicas, cool music, sun, sand, shex... Can't wait.

Italy - 1st week of August, ~7 days.

Somewhere near Nice or Milan, that side, the coast... Again free accommodation due to Olly being an Italian. Maddness will ensue.

There is talk of Amsterdam 1st week May and Exit @ Serbia but they are maybes.

Obviously as plans develop/events transpire I will update the thered.

But yeah sounds good Smithy.

I'm hitting Vegas on May 8th for a week. SpunCing loadsa money in the casinos, on clothes and on drink.. Oh yeah and hardware. Also doing a canyon tour that goes: plane - bus - helicopter - boat - helicopter - bus - plane. I'll leave a carbon footprint the sizeo f the canyon itself.

Also have a week in Centre Parcs booked at Longleat for start of September which should be a crack.

My couple of my mates are toying with the idea of also doing a long weekend in Ibiza sometime end of August. Thats about 50 / 50 though.

Nice is France but Olly said it is 40mins from there or Milan, on the coast so I have put a box where I think I'm going! I'll find out the name soon.

I can't wait. I need to save about £3k in total so no more pc upgrades until... After Italy lol.

Sounds like some great holiday plans there Smiffy. It still feels weird knowing that we've just finished summer here and you're about to get yours over the pond. I expect plenty of pics

Got a break planned for the Nurburgring in August, then off to Antigua in January for a wedding

Me and jim are so in need of a holiday. We wanted to do disney but i cant imagin doing the flight with the 2 little ones especially seeing as devon wont sit still for more than 2 secs. Not sure where else to go really, we havent had a holiday in 3 1/2 years and jim deserves a break as he works 24/7 at the mo.

Art class at community college for HS credit (I'm not wasting AP time for a year of required art)

Driving lessons

SAT prep

And in my free time I will fit in friends, and I will of course spend my nights with OC3D.

Only thing that stings a bit is that there's no much difference in price going to butlins as there is a holiday abroad

Y'know what mate, go to Prague or Croatia if you want a beach. The cost of living there is so low, 60p for a 500ml beer when you are out, £5 for something like chicken stuffed with blue cheese... It's hot, it's clean, there is stuff to do... Cheap flights there too, just an option.

Got no dates set at the moment but will hopefully be getting away to the south of france to stay with my friend and her family in their house out there at some point. Fancy something like newquay too.

Texas, approximately start of June, for a 2.5 week stuff-your-face-fest. 100 degrees, cheap pc stuff..
