I see all 3 arguments as the same thing and thus, all 3 of them are just as absurd, I mean how would this merger "standardise the terms and conditions on which games are available" It is already standardised and there's no reason curently to change that.

What's more, "ot sufficiently open to providers who might wish to offer versions of games on PC operating systems other than Windows" What about the android games from King that would still be on android and IOS and still be launching new ones on Android and IOS?

That's disregarding entirelly the likes of COD Mobile, and once you consider Android is built on top of Linux...
