What is the best reference PCB 7970? Also which is the cheapest with a reference PCB? Thanks

Why not seek it out your self mate, i dont know the shop in GB. But normal you just set the thing on shop website just to show 7970 only

Varies by retailer.
In the UK no manufacturers offer warranty on AMD cards if you take off the cooler - which I assume you will be doing.

The cheapest ones seem to be around the £300 mark.
