I have been hitting the health club for 4 months now getting some muscle back I have lost since my first heart surgery in early 2011. Since then my muscles had melted away. I have not done leg work for decades due to leg problems. I was starting seated squats on a machine and then just over a week ago I strained a muscle and taking a break from leg work. Hate it since I can't do a bike either for a couple more weeks. Used to be this would be a weight I'd of easily done before my leg problems started. Getting better, the tightness has gone away, I walk with no problem, it gets sore sitting or laying down though. A neighbor is a medical massage therapist and she has been giving me freebies (massages...I wish more than that). I take care of her dog and cat when she goes away, so it is payback.
I shot a pic last Friday, it was fading. I'll get better soon, still doing upper body. Oh I was doing 360 (163 KG) when this happened.
