Although TTL just LOVES Corsairs 1200w PSU, I find it a bit shameful that there is no test of eg. Antecs HCP 1200w PSU. Did the world stop turning on the day the Corsair arrived? I am preparing to set up a completely new rig, and so woul like to hear of options other than the ubiquitious Corsair. Your thoughts, please...

BeQuiet are pretty good. I have a 750W one myself and it's extremely quiet and its 80+ gold rated.

you need to remember Tom and the Gang Review what they are sent by the manufacturers. If they dont get a product they cant review it. They cant go out and buy everything to do a review. They can of course ask a manufacturer for a sample for review purposes but in the end its up to them. If your looking for good psu reviews check out Jonny Guru
Some time ago oc3d decided to use a new standard to test psu,and only a few brands will accept that new method.
