Symantec corporate software under attack

We're sure that Symantec's Corporate clientèle are absolutely wrapped with them at the moment. I mean, why in the world would you have an corporate antivirus that doesn't include automatic product updates? Care to comment?

Tbf, I feel Symantec are a company that took over maybe dozens of other companies. - the companies they took over were good, had good products, and if u look back maybe 5 years ago those products were good/great.

I almost get the sense that since the reign of Symantec over these little company`s projects, each project has become less and less viable. With prehaps 1 or 2 exceptions that are incredibly basic and hard to eff up.

They`ve pretty much taken good utils, glossed them, put some pretty stupid things in them (year after year arguably), and resulted in a range of crap utils.

I, as u can tell, don`t like their products. I do, however, like some of the products b4 they had them.

They've become so common with new pcs, people think it is good

Norton internet security for example...basically no firewall, a system hog and finds

all ^^ I know from experience

I believe they only made a name for themelves because of Dell buneling their software. My dad said Symantec used to be good back in the olden days but now they are crap. I dont use Anti Virus except the ocational NOD32 soo dosent really matter to me.
