Hey guys I am about to order the parts for my new build, I am keeping my current SDD, HDD, Ram, and PSU from current build, do I need to reformat the SSD and the HDD before they will work with the new components? Thanks!

I would put a fresh install of windows on yes matey - youll get BSOD's otherwise because of driver errors.

Besides, if you have an OEM version of Windows it will be locked to your motherboard and won't work under the new one (won't even boot).

Should I uninstall Steam and Origin from the HDD atleast?
Or does it not matter?

you will have to reinstall all of your programs because the registry is new.
you can save the games you have in steam and then copy paste them back into your new steam folder though, when you then install the games it will automatically find the existing data and create new registry entries.
