Steam library gone after restart?

Hey there.

I restarted my PC in order to play on a server on Day Z ( Arma II mod). After the restart, none of my regular programmers ran at start, all of my steam library was deleted with the exception of Arma II, Arma II AO and Dota 2... All my google chrome settings was gone too. I tried to do system recovery but i didn't help.

It doesn't really bother me that much but i just find it odd... Can anybody think of an explanation??

As in you have to reinstall them again? Just click on the install and it will find the game and make it playable again.

Ya it happens from time to time. Its a bug. Been around a long time but it fixes itself but its just annoying
