Steam gifts

Does anyone know a legitimate site that "sells" games as Steam gifts? I'm unable to purchase some games via Steam because of region block. The idea is you basically pay a third party the Steam price and then they'll gift you the game you're unable to purchase. I know there are sites that do this kind of thing but I was unable to find any via Google. Would appreciate any help, it's proving to be very difficult to find physical copies of older games.

Have you looked at some of the cd key sites about? Might be worth a shot. As far as I know you pay them and they send you a steam code for it. Never used them myself though so i'm not 100%.
