In addition to known torrent sites, Steam is now censoring links to many known 3rd party key resellers on Steam Chat.

I purchased Counter-Strike: Global Offensive through G2A a while back. The key got revoked, and I didn't purchase G2A shield. I reached out to G2A, and got a full refund (which I definitely didn't expect). Of course I prefer buying through Steam, but CD-Key Vendors aren't that bad imo.

I take it buying from say CDkeys website then entering the key through steam don't work anymore either?
