Trying to push this cpu as much as i can on air till i set my mach 2 GT .

:)

Any tips are more than wellcome....

Stock cooler m8 :) ive got a feeling the psu isnt up to the job,but im waiting to see what sort of price the new 750w PCP&C is.

Any ideas on how i can clock this cpu a little more, should i up the core volt and try more FSB? anything above 225 FSB core volt 1.37v the pc will not boot.:?

Not tryed upping the ram volts yet but will give it a go, as for the RAM divider any ideas what setting to use m8?

My absolute max stable with the system I'm currently using (PA160/C-Systems/NV78 and G4 all at 7v virtually silent) is 2.64ghz, so 2.7 for the stock cooler is good.

Try just whacking it on a 166 or 180 divider (this will rule out the memory as the culprit) or reducing the multi to 10 to check its not the ceiling

Hey, looking like a nice setup :)

Few things.. if you could post an A64 tweaker shot you might be able to pick up some timing help.

I'd also drop the multi and run higher memory FSB. Do you know what your Redline craps out at?

Update:

Today`s overclocking results.

Fsb 260 x 11 = 2.8ghz :)

Cpu temp 36c

Core volt 112% = 1.47

LDT/FSB 4X

Ram volts 2.71v

Now that ive put up the core volt should i try 12x multiplyer again and see how it clocks?

Just ran memtest for 4hrs with no errors.

Cheers for the help so far people :)
