I wonder if that means their "recommended" PC specs are for 30fps? Because they recommend a 3600x which is a 6 core Zen 2 CPU, while the SX has an 8 core CPU that's also Zen 2 so why doesn't it have enough CPU power for 60fps?

Not too keen on the aesthetic, It's very close to having a cartoony look which I find looks cheap and tacky.
