Sort of, Now it's 100% confirmed though.

PureDark, The modder who came out with the Jedi Survivor, The Last of Us, Elden Ring, Red Dead Redemption 2, Skyrim and Fallout 4 DLSS3 mod, Said he will have a DLSS2+3 mod out for Starfield day 1 due to obtaining early access.
