Hi Guys,
I'm having an issue with speedstep or Vista power management. Speedstep has been disabled in the bios but in Windows, the multiplier is dropped from 9 to 6 depending on load(Using cpu-z)
Spec
core2duo e8400 @ stock speed
asus P5Ke wifi
Windows Vista 32bit
Disabled all overclocking as I thought it was an over heating issue, didn't fix!
Power saving mode in windows: High Performance
:cussing:
