Tiny Tom, I have been watching your videos for over a year and I find them great. Information served with a sense of humor and fun.
I am an 'old timer'. I got my first job as a programmer in 1970. 37 years later, I retired. Along the way, I began 'upgrading' my PCs in 1987 (or so). I started building entire systems in 1999, for myself. Just a hobby.
On the job, I wrote in more than 3 dozen computer programming languages. But the last 15 years of work was more related to projects. Project architecture, Plans, etc. In an industry in which it is considered normal for 2 out of 3 projects to fail (late and / or over budget), My projects were in the 95% range successful. Could be higher, but my success rate was so much higher that I was asked to describe some of my 'secrets'.
I retired and have enjoyed the 'time off'. I do keep up with technical stuff, like what you do. I enjoy the pace of the new products introduction and the effort required to evaluate them for practicality. Sometimes, just for fun.
Best regards, AraiBob Gotta have a sense of humor...
