I guess almost anyone who isn't in UK or US. Thats not a dig, just truth. e.g. Here in Norway its affordable. Friend of mine in France has picked up a PS5 at retail and prepped for VR when its released. "If" I wanted a PS5 and went on the proverbial waiting list, it would be for console only, without games and only cost me £443
