Just a quick question, does anyone have a rough idea on how hot my GPU will get ? http://www.msi.com/pic/product/five_pictures2_20101207152323.jpg this is the exact GPU i have

run furmark or one of the other gpu stress tests for an hour or so and find out?

Edit: and if it gets too hot for your liking down clock it a bit till its acceptable

Ok, thanks, I'm sure my CPU will be fine as it only goes to 55c MAX after 6 hours of prime

I may down-clock my GPU if it don't like the temps

Welcome to the Team.

It's definitely worth it to Fold on the CPU and GPU but your PS3 is going to produce next to nothing for a hefty electricity cost..

This completly depends on the WU, every single project is different (although some are quite similar) and ofcourse it depends on your hardware.

Which client are you using? the v7 client gives you an ETA per WU.

If you are running the tracker I think you need to use a 3rd party monitoring tool like HFM.net or FahMon. Or atleast I think the tracker doesn't have a ETA function, not sure about this as I havent used it.

Learn what?

Medical knowledge which has the potential to save lives and/ or improve quality of life, all the while enjoying a healthy community spirit and attaining a sense of achievement.

There are more papers from F@H than just the 96 (last time I checked) on Stanford's results page, there are plenty around the web if you do a little digging. There is a book on folding & misfolding available from Waterstone's but at £138 I'll leave it for the time being.
