So i tested my graphics card out with 3d mark vantage and it seems to be only showing 1gb does anyone know why this is ? p.s i'm a noob at overclocking so i just adjusted the clocks a tiny bit BTW my score is on the left why is his score so much higher too

Are you using the 12.11 beta drivers? that might be why. Try rerunning vantage with the 12.10 drivers.
 
So i did the test again after installing the 12.10 drivers the only thing that changed was my score P18747 thats it and its still showing as only 1 gb im so confused
 
So yeah it would seem that in GPU-Z it is 3GB so i dunno why its saying that in vantage also why is the other persons card getting double my score when the clock aren't that much higher ?
 
Don't know why it's only showing 1GB but the other persons overclock is quite a big overclock which is why he has quite a big score.

1220mhz and above on the core is almost as high as you can go on safe volts with air cooling. An average overclock for a 7950 is 1100-1150mhz on the core.

well i would like to overclock this card in the future but it will be my first time at overclocking so ill need to learn a bit first thanks for the help :D
