what program do i use to take a snapshot of the computer screen?? so i can post errors that i get and take pics when im in the middle of my game, doesnt matter what program it is, im sure i can find it off bittorrent

Does the PrtScn key not work for you?

Yeah do Prt Screen (print screen obviously). Then open up paint and paste (control + V). Save the file as a JPEG and use: The Sysxtreme.com Upload server to host it.

Then stick it in image tags like so:

And you have a hosted picture

ya i had absolutly no idea what the heck some of my keys do on my kb, and no idea that was what that key was for, but ill put my program on for my kb for all the keys to work then ill give her a go, thnx again

shdouldnt need a program to make all the keys work, standard drivers include the print screen key.

try it now, it should work fine

there is also a program called snagit, it is very good if you want to do advanced screen shots

I use printscreen and photochop for mine screenies.

photoshop/fireworks takes half a second longer to open up than paint and i dont like to wait. paint is simple enough for me.

Hypersnap-DX is a simple and flexible one.

You can also give a try to Purrint, it is a freeware that can directly save your screenshot in a specified directory after you pressed Prtscrn. It takes a snapshot of the whole screen, very basic, no choice of ROI or active window capture etc... but very small footprint and fast. After I usually use photoshop.
