Skyrim - which Mods are in your load-order?

I thought it might be interesting to see which mods people are using. Both to "compare notes" and to perhaps help those new to modding find the best.

I just started a new game, so my list is currently not that long. But it does have some of the essentials.

SKSE (obviously). Script extender. Necessary for many mods.
SkyUI. Better menu system + MCM which allows control of many mods from the ingame menu.
Skyrim HD - 2K textures. All of them. Hi-res textures. Makes everything look better.
Realistic Lighting Overhaul. As it says on the tin.
Enhanced Distant Terrain. More detailed distant terrain.
Pure Waters. Better looking water.
ClaraLux. MANY new light sources and overall better lights.
Dynavision. Dynamic depth of field. look at something close and the distance will blur and vice versa.
Project Reality - Climates of Tamriel. More realistic and varied weather. Many new weather systems.
Lightning during Thunder Storms - Climates of Tamriel - Patch. What it says on the tin.
Ultimate HD Fire Effects. What it says on the tin.
Immersive Skyrim Thunder. What it says on the tin.
RaceMenu. Much better character customization.
CBBE. More options for body shape of female character.
High Quality Eyes. What it says on the tin.
Mature Skin Texture and Body. More realistic skin texture that make yours character look more mature.
No More Blocky Faces. Smoother faces.
Static Mesh Improvement Mod. fixes a lot of issues with 3D models.
Better Females Natural Edition. Better face texture.
Better Males. Better body, face, skin and hair for male characters.
Realistic ragdolls. more realistic ragdoll'ing.
ABT - Arrows and Bolts Tweak. Various arrow tweaks. I just use it for faster arrows.
Immersive HUD. Allows you to disable parts of (or all as I have) your heads up display.

Frostfall: Hypothermia Camping Survival.
Exposure to the elements have consequences. You can freeze to death if it's cold and will do so much quicker if you are wet. Makes it necessary to set up camp when out in harsh condition.

Wet and Cold.
Many effects of being wet and cold. Dripping, visible breath etc. NPC's will also react to weather, putting on hoods an seeking shelter.

Realistic Needs and Diseases.
Makes it so that you need to eat, drink and sleep. You can get sick from eating spoiled food or drinking water from a stream. Negative effects from ignoring your needs.

Economics of Skyrim.
More realistic economic system. Traders almost exclusively sell items native to their region. Prices vary depending on location, supply and other factors.

SkyTest - Realistic Animals and Predators. Animals act more realistic. Predators hunt etc.

Deadly Combat. Makes combat more challenging. Better enemy AI and more reflex based melee.
Deadly Dragons. Makes dragons really nasty.

Locational Damage.
combat damage is now based on where you get hit. Different effects depending on hit location. Critical hit chance can be set for each body zone. NPC's will react to different hits (yes, arrow to the knee actually does something now). Allows instant kills. I have mine set to make every headshot an instant kill unless wearing heavy helmet. Makes combat more challenging and realistic + I love the idea that a random low level bandit can take you out with one good shot.

Sneak tools. Ads more stealth options such as knocking people unconscious or slitting their throat.
Ars Metallica. More crafting options.
Radiance. New encounters and more consequences for your actions.
Immersive Armors. New armors.
Immersive Weapons. New weapons.
Kill Every NPC. Allows you to kill EVERYONE. Even NPC's that are essential.
Sabre Gear Backpack. Ads a cool backpack.
Hunters Cabin of Riverwood. Ads a new player home.
Gypsy Eyes Caravan. A mobile, all-in-one home is now available for purchase.
Build Your own home. Allows you to build your own home.
Winter is Coming. ads thick, warm fur cloaks. Good to have if you are using Frostfall.
Camping Kit of the Northern Ranger. Ads a cool new camping kit. great with Frostfall.
Camping. Camping gear.
Bandolier - Bags and Pouches. Lets you craft many new bags, pouches and bandoliers.
Hunterborn. Makes harvesting animals more realistic. No more click'N'loot.
Scenic Carriages. Lets you actually ride the carriages in real time.
SkyRealism - Capacity. lowers your carry weight to only what you have equipped and what fits in you bag/backpack/pouch.

SkyRealism - Materials. Changes item weights to be more realistic.

Vilja in Skyrim. probably the best made follower out there. Complete with around 4000 recorded lines of conversation.

Lush Trees and Grass. Better trees and grass.
Sound Propagation overhaul. Mostly more realistic ambient sound.
Dense Grass 100 Density. More and denser grass.
Belt-fastened quivers. What it says on the tin.
Skyrim Sunglare V4. Better sunglare effects.

Edit: Added short descriptions and a few mods that I missed the first time.

You guys should agree on a screenshot location and then both take the same screenshot to show off your mods. Somewhere in Whiterun would be a good choice maybe?

Seems like a good idea.
Here are a few to start:

ScreenShot221-1024_zpsb4b54d99.jpg

The view from just outside Whiterun.

ScreenShot350-1024_zpsc67a4c82.jpg

Facing towards Whiterun.

ScreenShot248-1024_zpsc9c88729.jpg

My current character by a tree right outside Whiterun.

ScreenShot268-1024_zps5590f2bb.jpg

Inside The Bannered Mare.

Dynavision is turned way down in the first two, but otherwise they have the same mods and settings.

And I just realized how much it harms image quality when you scale down screenshots this much :( .

I really like this mod :P turns that snow and ice in the a jungle.

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33017//?

No. Just no.
If you want sickly jungle, go play Far Cry.

Leave Skyrim alone you imperial scum.

I wish I had the hardware to drive some of these mods. Those are some beautiful screen shots Dire.

I edited my first post with the texture mods I am running and here is some screenshots that I recently put up in the ultimate screenshots thread.

Not bad B3rni3.

How is the Flora overhaul working out with the 2K textures and more importantly Climates of Tamriel?
All I ever hear is that it is pretty good, but that it doesn't like those two mods.

I have no major issues with any of the mods I am running. I limit the game to 60 fps with precision x and it will sit there all day with the gpus only hitting 50% load. I have no crash to desktop of any real issues like that. The only issue I get is I am just on the limit of vram and when I hit 100% usage the fps drops slightly for a brief moment. I think if I added any more detail/texture mods I would be suffering because of the limited vram I have.

Other than that I love the way my game is atm it is so much nicer to play with the added visuals.

I wasn't thinking about performance. That is a minor issue, and as long as I don't get anywhere near the 60FPS lower limit, I don't really think about it.

What I generally hear is that combining those mods (primarily Flora and Climates) tend to result in a lower overall quality than having just one of them.

I guess I could just install it and see. I already have Climates and 2K after all.
I really just don't feel like installing a mod and potentially having to spend hours looking through every texture to see if it messes up some of them.

I get ya. The only messed up texture that I have seen with my setup is sometimes trees in the distance become blocky but I am not sure if that is to do with those mods or others.

Overall though all seems to be working fine for me apart from that.

Great. Maybe I will take a look at it for my next playthough.
From what I can see in your screenshots, it works, but as we know, screenshots don't get better when scaled down like this.

Only thing that looks really horrible is that nasty compass and the crosshairs. How can you live with that?

I dunno I just ignore it most of the time and when I need them they come in handy.
