Thermaltake release their Dual Power 520W PSU. It's actually quite a smart looking unit on the outside. Feel free to comment below...

I find that PSUs are going up and up in price.

One day they will be as much as a GPU the rate there going at.. :(

Its not like its new hardware..

Can I ask a dumb question how can you have fanless and active cooling at the same time? I mean as soon as it is active it has a fan stupid marketing :cussing:

Yep, essentially the fan doesn't kick in until it's required (under heavy load). Buy you can't call something 'fanless' if it has a fan :nono:

Do they wanna rip anyone else off this year?

*ahem* Antec Phantom *ahem*

Ah leave em alone mate, that's their job! I mean if they were forced to be creative and come up with their own designs (which they've tried in the past) they would fail miserably (not that they don't even when they blatantly copy someone elses product...).

My personal opinion, I could care less if a psu looks as ugly as sin, as long as it does it`s job very well and doesn`t bring my pants down over the price. If it looks hurrendously hideous, it can be facelifted for eff sake.

"Dual" is the buzz word in marketing/pcs atm. It`ll be "quad" soon enough.

Agree with the other guyz, it`s either fanless or not - lots of psus either act to load, or can be told to act to load.
