Short blower style GPU

Hey guys,

Anyone that knows of any GPU that has a blower style cooler and is smaller than 210mm, to fit inside the Cooler Maste Elite 110?...

Budget would be around £100-£200, but can be stretched a bit if needed.
And used ones for a good price, looking good and performing well, is not a problem as well.

My PSU is the short Silverstone 650W for information.

Thanks,
Chrazey

if I would build a Elite110 rig i would get this GPU:

Yes, AFAIK the 970 should be available in stores, the 960 isn't quite there yet. It is very cute. IMO.

So what versions does this cooler come in?, only 970 and 960?...

Isn't there an older card that is short and blower style that will fit inside the case?...

Well, they also do a 760 version and there are multiple short GTX 750 Ti cards such as the one below. Lower end AMD cards will also sometimes have shorter coolers, although AMD cards tend to draw more power than the Nvidia equivalent, thus expell more heat.

This is not an issue, if it was they wouldn't be sold, but it's something to keep in mind.

Sapphire's 285 ITX is pretty much a blower. No one has done a truely 'blower' style cooler for small cards yet.

True that barnsley, but then which onewould you all recommend?...

One that is a bit powerful for movies etc, and then one that is equal, if not a bit more powerful, than my 6950.
As that one can run both bf3 and bf4.

The 285 is faster than your 6950 for the most part. If speed is important, get the 970 or wait for whatever AMD release.

I'd wait for AMD since its not far away but only problem is they probably won't get an "ITX" version out for a couple months. They tend to take a while to release
