Second build - little Corsair 350D

Built just for basic web tasks, downloading, that kinda thing

Case - Corsair 350D
Motherboard - Gryphon Z87 mATX
CPU - i5 4670K
Ram - 8GB Corsair LP @ 1600Mhz
SSD - Samsung EVO 250GB
HDD - WD Green 4TB
CPU Cooler - Corsair H75
2 x Corsair AF140 Quiet Edition
1 x Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition

Major overkill I know, but it just gives me the option to throw a GPU in there if I ever wanted and have a second gaming machine.

The SSD is tucked behind the mobo tray, the mechanical drive is in one of the 5.25 bays but the bay cover doesn't sit perfectly flush with the front of the case anymore.
Its sitting under my desk so you cant see it which is why I've left it as is. If I move it to where you can see it, I'll see about fixing it.

Looking nice matey. Are you only using the one of the 2 bays ? If so could you not slightly angle the drive upwards, to give it the extra few mm's of space needed for the cover to sit flush again.

I'm not sure if that would give me enough clearance or if it's even possible TBH, its in a 5.25 to 3.5 adaptor and I dont think there's much room to move it. Its not a major annoyance anyway since I never see it due to the location of the tower.

You could takes it out of the bay adapter, and use the screw holes that are already on the drive bays to mount it ?

Those yellow rings actually look really good. Nice build but as said above major overkill for browsing

If I put it together I'd move the AIO rad to the roof, as hot air likes to rise.

I dont feel as if it needs it.

without a GPU and with two 140mm intakes, it doesn't get that warm in there

Nice clean and tidy build you have there fella, I think a nice R9 290x Toxic would be the perfect graphics card to finish it.

Plasti-Kote spray paint. no primer or anything like that.

Audio cable could be hidden a bit better and the case looks a tad empty, but overall it looks really nice and subtle.
