They sure are idiots.

"We aren't banning him because of the content of the game due to it's very inhuman nature, but because the Developer has previously been banned and we are removing the game from the Steam because our system sucks at security and we had to manually do it."

About sums it up. Should have just said it was because of the content and then added on further saying the developer has a history of this so this also further reinforces the ban.

They need better PR.
