"....this motherboard can support up to 256GB of DDR5 memory." Shouldn't that be up to £4000 of DDR5 memory? 
Not that in my cursory scoot around the usual suspects I could find anything near to 256GB!
The PURE X870A WIFI 7 is more like it, but I'm more in the market for Sapphire's higher end offerings, i.e. the X870EA Wi-Fi PhantomLink Edition motherboard to go with the Radeon RX 9070 XT NITRO+ PhantomLink Edition GPU.
