I havent seen the price drop for this GPU here in Ireland yet. I need to replace my 8800 GTS because its broken and I would like to get an ATI 2900.

My 8800 GTS isnt completely broken. One of the capacators fell off and I got it soldered back on , but its slightly slower ever since. I was thinking of getting a second 8800 GTS and doing SLI with it. But I dont know if my PSU would be able and I dont know if I can sli a 320mb 8800GTS with a 640mb GTS.

Yea you can, but if the cap fell off you deffo need to send it back. Then you could SLI anyways and still get the full performance.
