Hey guys I am looking at getting another cheap ssd. I am looking at a 240gb sandisk drive that I can get at a good price so I am wondering what are peoples opinions on the drive. Are sandisk a reliable brand, any issues, what are they like if you have problems etc.

I will be running my current ssd as a boot drive and some applications such as cad and revit etc for college and then run the other ssd as my games drive and run the hdd as a media drive for my music and videos.

Sandisk are Solid buddy you shouldnt have any problems, was gunna get some myself but went for Mushkin so my drives matched.

The Sandisk Extreme is about average speedwise, but still a decent SSD series.
I'm using a 120GB one and it's still working anyway ;)

Thanks guys think I will pick one up.

It is only for games which are on my hdd so any ssd would be an improvement. I just do not want to install all my games and have it fail only to have to reinstall them again.

I had one for about 6 months with no issues the only reason i changed was i needed a bigger drive so i bought a plextor 256 instead of a sandisk 240 but they are a good drive lets face it they have been making flash drives and sd cards and the like for a long time with good reliablity.
