.. well I've been living under a rock then!

Edit: apparently info has surfaced it's 18nm chips. They are just advertising 10nm CLASS. Class being for 10nm.. it ranges from 10-19nm. But still are first to market with this class.http://www.zdnet.com/article/samsung-begins-mass-production-of-10-nanometer-class-dram/
