Samsung have created a tiny BGA SSD for mobile devices, an SSD that offers read and write speeds of 1500MB/s and 600MB/s.

2bit MLC stacked? That should prove to last very long for a mobile device. I'd get a phone with one, more of a Windows phone since its closer to a computer and can do a little more. Wonder how it will effect battery life though
