Samsung has today announced that their 10nm LPP process is now production ready, offering a 10% performance boost over 10nm LPE.

I doubt Vega is running the 10nm LPE(not this LPP), but it would certainly be amazing if it was, considering it's been around a while
At worst I hope the 14nmLPP for Vega
