Samsung 990 PRO 1TB SSD price hits over £200 amid NAND shortage

I was looking to get another WD Black SN850X 2TB a couple weeks ago but then I saw the prices... Oh my... I bought a 2TB SN850X for I believe it was a smidge under £200 last year, Now when it's not on offer it's nearly £500

So depressing. I had budgeted to buy 2 new servers at work this fiscal year. $25k a piece in August. My most recent quote a month ago was $125k each. Needless to say, we're not buying servers this year lol.

Even the small capacity ones are to expensive to justify for my plan to add some cache to my NAS to speed up streaming. Ridiculous.
