Safe CPU temperatures/voltages?

I've been leaving my older CPUs at stock (both because the newer chips will gain more PPD/watt with overclocking and because I took a break from computers to put my life back together during the Core 2 era), but want to clock them. Right now they run right at 70C at full load (Q6600, Q9300, and an E8400 on an E430 stock heat sink.)

If I were to clock these babies and maybe put this Xigmatek Gaia SD1283 on one of them, what are safe voltages/Folding temperatures to run them? My 2500K seems to be rock-stable Folding at 4800MHz 70C, though temps got too high for Prime95 and two threads crashed, and my i5-750 is also humming at 3.2GHz 70C.

Hey, why the heck are all my CPUs at exactly 70C?

Anyway, question stands amidst the rambling. Safe voltages/Folding temps for Q6600, Q9300, E8400?

q66 is good to around 1.5v but the other 2 are 45mn so need a little more care, i wouldnt run them flat out on more than 1.4v 24/7 but heat will be an issue and moreso for the quads than duo.

temp wise is different chip to chip but around 70c is nice, over 90c is scarey.
