Hey Tom,

Terrible news, you must be devastated.

Words really cannot describe the pain that you must be going though at the moment.
Life throws some ty spanners our way sometimes and we never know whats gonna happen tomorrow.

As you said in the video, passed loved ones are never really gone, they live on through us in everything single thing that we do.

The good memories you have are what will make you into a stronger person and will help you oing forward in life.

Remember also that its ok to be sad and grieve, make sure you talk about it and don't bottle it up. Blokes can be sad too..
